Dr. David Allen Hancock received his BSA in Management Information Systems from the University of Michigan in 1981. In 1991, Dr. Hancock received a Masters in Interdisciplinary Technology from Eastern Michigan University culminating years later in his Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Hancock brings a wealth of experience in multiple industries and organizations to provide progressive solutions to today’s organizational issues. Dr. Hancock spent 22 years, the majority at Ford Motor Company, learning various aspects of the automotive industry… from Information Technology to Purchasing/ Procurement models as well as the science of Logistics and Distribution in Supply Chain Operations Management. In the Health Care Industry, Dr. Hancock has worked with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States, notably Blue Cross Blue Shield and Wellpoint, in the development of new strategies for membership enrollment, claims processing, business analysis, and project management.

Involved with import and export operations and the challenges inherent with these operations. Experienced in bringing innovation solutions to data management challenges. Able to manage teams of developers and guide them to achieve project and organizational objectives. Industry experience includes automotive, health care, insurance, and software development. Dr. Ejiofor is a Professor of Microbiology at Tennessee State University where he is a Senator in the University’s Faculty Senate. He is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Society for Microbiology, Society for Industrial Microbiology, Society for Invertebrate Pathology, the Tennessee Academy of Science and the Beta Kappa Chi Hon Society. He is also the Vice President and Chief Financial Executive of Ebi Care, Inc., a multi-million dollar Middle Tennessee Agency that epitomizes care delivery in the state. Ebi Care, Inc. has operations in major community centers of Middle Tennessee. Prior to working in Germany and Canada Dr. Ejiofor was the Head of the  Department of Applied Microbiology & Brewing, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Dr. Ejiofor has published extensively in internationally reputable journals in the areas of industrial microbiology, process control, molecular biology and control of entomopathogens

Dr. Anthony Ejiofor brings a wealth of experience in people management, fund sourcing and financial management acumen to Terra Brücke International as the Vice-President. Dr. Ejiofor also serves as the President of Solace Services, Inc. a Tennessee based management consultants to the State of Tennessee.

 

On community front, Dr. Ejiofor is the Executive Director of the World Igbo Congress (WIC). He took the WIC Foundation (WICF) from the drawing board and made it a vibrant organ of the Congress. As the Executive Director of World Igbo Congress, Inc., he has developed several projects including models for railroad, highways, river ports and power generation with linkages for funding through BOT/BOO arrangements with European and Southeast Asian partners.

 

He brings these experiences to the Terra Brücke International team as it strives to be the foremost provider of management consultancy in infrastructural and human resources development to the federal, regional and local governments and financial institutions of African.

Dr. Fumi (aka Princess Fumi) is the co-founder of CAMBIUM BREAK, Int'l, a consortium of change management professionals 
whose goal is to make a difference in the global business market; with great emphasis on the US and AFRICA. She is also the Director of Operations for Terra Brucke International.

Born into a Nigerian Royal Family: The Adumori Royal Household from Emure Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, Dr. Fumi left Nigeria for the US over 24 years ago to complete a Masters Degree in Communications Arts. Since then, she has graduated with honors holding a Ph.D in Strategic Communications. In addition, she is a Registered Nurse with various experiences in the nursing field.

She has coordinated several programs for women and children with many social service agencies in the New York and New Jersey areas, ranging from foster care, adoption, second chance homes for pregnant teenagers to crisis intervention programs for battered women and has trained many groups ranging from small business owners to individuals on business management, nursing education while presenting on several topics across the country, particularly on topics geared towards women affairs.

With her passion for life and fashion, she alongside her partner, Ms. Yolanda Shields, launched a Fashion House based out of US, whose primary goal is to bring awareness to poverty and hunger in third world countries, particularly Africa.  The ADASSA Brand as well as the Foundation: ADASSA ADUMORI FOUNDATION, are just a tip of what Dr. Fumi has brought to todays' business market.

It is no surprise that she has decided to lead this team of effective and efficient professionals in bringing change to the business sector in the global market with great emphasis on Africa. She is also more than happy to return to our homeland-Nigeria to help "build the bridge" between Africa and the US. Her desire is to help people achieve their ultimate potential. She is accomplishing this by leading this consortium with great pride and humility.

Nonye  Ejiofor is the President / CEO of Bastion Inc, Nashville Tennessee and CEO of Solace Services LLC also in Tennessee. She was a Team Leader with Tennessee Department of Children Services. She was the first Guidance Counselor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

Bastion Inc educates and empowers immigrants in Tennessee. It also educates and trains HIV / AIDS trainers in Nigeria. Solace Services LLC, is an agency that provides services to children in state custody, trains foster and adoptive parents for local and international adoptions, provides counseling services for adoptive parents. The company also does consultancy services for International business investments in Nigeria by providing relevant and up to date information about various aspects of business development and market information about business investments, opportunities and legal implications of owning a business in Nigeria.
 

Nonye Ejiofor is the Director of Human Resources for Terra Brücke International. major Banks, Platinum Habib Bank in the United States by recruiting customers and marketing the bank. The company counsels Nigerian Diasporas in the process of relocating to Nigeria.

 

TRAINING EXPERIENCE

She specializes in the following training: diversity, leadership, HIV/AIDS trainers training, economic empowerment, business start up and management and foster and adoptive parent training. She is also a motivational speaker and offers career, educational and marriage counseling.  

 

 Her community service pursuits are many. Her affiliations include a Commissioner in the  Human Relations Commission of Davidson County Metro Government, Leadership Nashville Class of 2006, CABLE (Nashville’s Premier Business and Professional Women’s Networking Organization) and Nashville African Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member of the following organizations: American Association of Refugee and Immigrant Women, Women in Numbers (WIN), Community Nashville (Formally NCCJ) and Metro Human Relations Commission to mention just a few. Ms. Ejiofor believes that to give back to the community is to strengthen one’s life.

She received the Bank of America local Community Hero Award of 2006 for the bank’s Neighborhood Excellence Initiative. She was also Athena Nominee in 2007; The ATHENA Award honors outstanding women leaders for their career successes, service to community and encouragement of women that seeks to inspire others to achieve excellence in their professional and personal lives. Nonye Ejiofor is determined and incredibly passionate about everything she does.  She inspires people for all the right reasons.
